Module I builds the foundation for subsequent sessions in the program. Participants learn the fundamentals of adult learning, acquire the skills to perform a needs assessment, and analyze characteristics of learners and their jobs. This interactive session develops a foundation for improving performance and aligning training with the organizational goals.
