Creating a positive learning experience is an art and a skill for new trainers. In this session, participants learn solid techniques to optimize and accelerate learning. Session III explores the nuts and bolts of active learning through the use of games, icebreakers, experiential tools, questioning and feedback skills. Participants learn how to make the most of PowerPoint and other forms of presentation tools.
