Quality Improvement Methods Survey

Purpose

Gather information about organizations' use of quality improvement methods to determine the practical application of such tools and identify which approaches are most useful.

Target Audience

Those in business and industry who use quality improvement tools (including lean principles) and those who conduct/participate in improvement projects (i.e. quality managers, quality engineers, quality improvement specialists, and etc. or anyone who is involved in inspection, quality control, process improvement, product/service design or anyone who uses quality improvement tools/methods as part of the work that they do).
