Advanced Project Management

Certificate in Project Management

Course Title: Advanced Project Management (TEPM 6397)

Prerequisite: Framework in Project Management (TEPM 6301) or approval of the program coordinator

This course is strictly focused on the PMBOK® Guide and preparing the candidate to pass either the PMP or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification exam (see www.PMI.org for details on these two programs). Material in this course is directed toward each of the PMBOK® Guide processes and knowledge areas in detail. Upon completion of this course the certification exam should be taken immediately.

Over the course of the past four years there is only one known failure among past students.  Of course, there can be no warranty given as to future success, but we are  highly optimistic about the approach used to prepare the candidates.
