Certificate in Construction Management

The Construction Management Program at the University of Houston has launched its online Certificate in Construction Management. The certificate is designed to meet the needs of industry professionals interested in gaining skills to enhance their career. The certificate is suitable for architects, engineers, law graduates, business majors, and other disciplines related to the construction industry. The CM-Certificate requires successful completion of 4 courses:

1. Construction Management Techniques;
2. Construction Contract Administration;
3. Cost Analysis & Bidding;
4. Project Planning & Management.

For admission to the CM-Certificate, please complete the attached forms. Courses are offered in the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
