Xin "David" Ding and Vikram Tiwari collaborate on "Service Supply Chain Research"

Xin "David" Ding and Vikram Tiwari have begun collaboration on a research projected titled "Service Supply Chain Research." Through this project, they hope to examine customer need complexity in service industries. The research result is expected to help service organizations alike understand the heterogeneity in customer needs across different service contexts and design their service delivery processes to match these different amalgamation of customer needs.
