• Consumer Science and Merchandising - Business and management skills for the consumer side of business and consumer-oriented business practices
• Electrical Power Engineering Technology - Application of electrical circuits to control instrumentation, energy conversion and electrical power management
• Computer Information Systems - Business and management aspects of information systems technology (IT) for enterprise and desktop software systems
• Logistics Technology - Technical and business expertise for effective supply chain management for manufacturing, shipping and storage of goods
