Welcome to the Department of Human Development and Consumer Sciences at the University of Houston!

Students stay in touch with the job market through our Advisory Board in CSM and Advisory Board in HRD.

Students and faculty may seek learning assistance at Instructional Support Services in the Isabel Cameron building

The majority of the courses are presented in the Isabel Cameron building. Many courses in consumer science and merchandising are offered online via eCSM. The HRD program is also planning to be offered fully online in the coming year. All courses in Future Studies are offered simultaneously on campus and online through web-based teleconference facilities.
