Required Items for Admission to Graduate School

Application from the
Office of Admissions.

Application Fee: The application fee for all
applicants to graduate programs in the College of Technology is $75.
International applicants must also pay an additional $75
International Application processing fee.

2 Official Transcripts reflecting your Bachelors
Degree (They must arrive in a sealed envelope from your university.)

2 Official Transcripts of any coursework since your
Bachelor's degree (They must arrive in a sealed envelope from
your college or university.)

3 Letters of Recommendation

Letter of Intent: A letter of intent is a 1-2
page essay describing your current employment and your professional
intentions. You may want to identify aspects of your previous experience
that indicate promise in your selected goal. You may also wish to
discuss special circumstances, unique experiences, etc.
- Appropriate Exam Scores - Exams must have been completed within the last 5 years.
You can use the
UH Testing Service
for your exams.

If you are applying to the programs for Engineering Technology-Construction
Management, Engineering Technology-Network Communications, or Technology Project Management,
you must submit official GRE scores. No other test scores will
be accepted for these programs.

If you are pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, you may submit official scores from either the GRE,
GMAT or MAT.

Deadlines
The College of Technology has the following deadlines:
- For Fall Admission: July 1
- For Spring Admission: December 1
Deadlines for international applicants are earlier. Please refer to the
International Graduate Application for deadline information.
